Cherie Ganesh, CCIM Named Education Scholarship

The Cherie Ganesh, CCIM Named Education Scholarship was created in 2023.  She is a Past President of the Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter who was awarded Life Membership in the CCIM Institute, received the 25 year membership award from the CCIM Institute and currently serves as Treasurer and Chapter Administrator for the Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter.  Since her pinning in 1997 she has been an active CCIM Institute member who has served on many committees, multiple terms on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors, multiple terms on the CCIM Foundation Board of Directors and multiple years on the Memphis Metro CCIM Board of Directors.  She was also on the CCIM Institute Faculty for 5 years. Her most exciting committee was the STDB committee when STDB was in its infancy where she also was a STDB trainer for about four years. In 2004 she graduated from the second class of the JW Levine Leadership Development Academy.

Cherie's background includes being a Store Development Manager at AutoZone for ten years where she opened over 130 stores in the northeast United States.  She has been a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee since 1993 and specializes in Buyer/Tenant site selection and also was Project Manager for St Charles Place commercial subdivision in Memphis, TN.  Prior to that she was a Project Manager for Home Capital and managed multiple planned use development projects in California, Florida and Georgia.
