CCIM Memphis Earns President's Cup Recognition

We are proud to announce that our CCIM Memphis Metro Chapter was recognized with Third Place in Tier 3 of the 2026 President's Cup Awards during the CCIM Spring Forum in Philadelphia.

The President's Cup recognizes chapters that demonstrate excellence in member engagement, educational programming, and industry leadership. This achievement reflects the dedication of our volunteers, sponsors, instructors, board members, and members who continue to strengthen the commercial real estate community throughout the Memphis region.

The award recognizes accomplishments from the 2025 chapter year under the leadership of 2025 Chapter President Jaime Henson, CCIM, whose vision and commitment helped guide another successful year of growth, education, and member engagement.

CI 103: User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate

October 13-16, 2026

CI 103 is a core course within the CCIM curriculum and focuses on the relationship between real estate and the space users who drive demand. Students will learn to evaluate occupancy decisions, analyze user needs, and better advise clients through data-driven investment and location strategies.

New CE Opportunity in Development

The chapter is currently exploring a new continuing education opportunity focused on economic development incentives and financing tools available to commercial real estate professionals.
